We all have those days where we want to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen, but we still want a healthy, satisfying meal. Here are three easy, quick vegan recipes. Get your butt in and out of the kitchen faster than you can say "I don't feel like cooking tonight". They take less than 10 minutes to prep and the rest is just cooking time.
First up are Baking Sheet Fajitas with Vegan Creamy Sauce. Season everything in a bowl and then bake it. So easy! I add a little bit of smoked paprika and mushrooms to give it that chewy, satisfying, smokey flavor reminiscent of a meaty fajita.
Last but not least we have the world's easiest veggie pita with that vegan creamy sauce that never disappoints. To make this even quicker, use a food processor and put it on the shredding setting or use a hand shredder.
There you have it! Wasn't that easy?! If all else fails and you absolutely can't stand the thought of cooking, there's always a nice bowl of cereal with soymilk. That's probably honestly one of my favorite meals.
